Undergraduate Grants

Financial advisers say that parents saving for their child's education should begin at birth. The National SMART grant or the National Science & Mathematics Access to retain talent grant is available to full-time students during their third and fourth years of undergraduate studies. They must be specialization in engineering, technology, mathematics, computer science, life or physical sciences or foreign languages critical to national security. With the approval of the Federal Pell Grant, third and fourth year, undergraduates will receive up to four thousand dollars annually to students eligible National SMART Grant.

Several universities and colleges also offer scholarships to undergraduate colleges, particularly for women and ethnic minorities.
